Decay Time interval on the MPS: 100 -255

Map total interval to 0-127 with
exception of percentage numbers

100% means 100 not 127 (no mapping)

Control volume with Main Volume (7)
COntroller when using fuzz rather than
using fff, ppp etc.  I think this is because 
fuzz requires a larger dynamic range.
